This interactive workshop helps teams uncover the psychological and interpersonal dynamics that affect trust, collaboration, and performance. Using frameworks like the Drama Triangle and the Empowerment Dynamic, participants gain a shared language to recognize unproductive patterns and shift toward more empowered ways of engaging.
SUPERPOWERS AND KRYPTONITE:
This half-day session deepens team connection and alignment and creates space for honest, human exchange. Team members share individual Superpowers and Kryptonite—along with collective team strengths and challenges—building trust through vulnerability and feedback. The experience culminates in clear individual and team commitments for how to show up more effectively moving forward.
